Happy Easter sweet one. We had brunch with your grandma and grandpa Miller today at Roots cafe, it was nice to get out of the house for a little bit. The temperature today finally feels like Spring might be on its way. I dressed you up in a little Easter dress and took some pictures, but between teething and fighting off a virus, you were only happy being held today, which made pictures a challenge!
After being home all week you are finally on the mend. I am hoping you have had your share of sickness by now and we will have a few weeks of being healthy! You hit a big milestone this week, your first tooth! I knew something was off because on Friday you woke up at least 10 times and I couldn’t figure out why. Well, Saturday morning came and you grabbed my finger to munch on and I felt a little sharp tooth! Your first tooth popped through on March 31st! Right at the bottom in the front, the second one is on its way, you can see the little white bump under the game.
You are getting so big sweet girl. You are eating solids twice a day most days, for lunch and dinner. We tried some teething cookies which you love. So far you are not a huge fan of any baby food but you love bell peppers, apple slices and teething cookies.
Bath time is still your favorite but we have also been playing in your highchair with a puddle of water. You flap those arms and hands, water goes everywhere and you love it. I think you are going to be a water baby this summer, we will have to find someones pool to camp out by every now and then!
The days pass fast, the weeks pass faster. As exhausted as I am some days, I am soaking in this season. This season of snuggles, of nursing, of giggles and constant learning. 7 months is fun with you sweet girl.
