If we were going to have coffee together this morning you would find me curled up on the couch under a warm blanket, both hands wrapped around a hot mug of coffee and most likely a pumpkin vanilla candle burning.
I would tell you that I am finding my footing at work and enjoying a slightly changing case load. I have been in early intervention for one year now and I have learned an incredible amount. The days can be long and exhausting, but I am working on finding a better balance.
I would tell you that so far 2016 has been pretty good. It has been busy but I am working hard at saying no more and really slowing down. I am a people pleaser to the max but I spent 2015 stressed out and exhausted from being so busy and I am not going to let 2016 go the same way.
I would tell you that I plan to play the Powerball on Wednesday. I am not normally one to play the lottery, but I mine as well buy a few tickets for the fun of it. The first thing I would do with all the money? Pay off my student loans, for sure.
I would tell you that I am trying really hard to be less attached to my phone. I am sick of endlessly scrolling and being glued to it. So I have been leaving it upstairs while I am home and trying really hard to read before bed instead of scroll.
I would tell you that I have big plans for 2016 and growing my blog is on the top of my list for 2016 goals.
I would tell you that I am excited for a 4 day work week and excited (and nervous) for something coming on Friday!
