It was cold this week. Like bitterly cold. I clipped out a quote from Whole Living magazine that I loved, I thought it would be a perfect place to put it. I also included my intentions for February since it is the start of the month. I am taking Elise’s I choose class, which is where the goals and picture are from.
I added a little sticker to write the recipe of the mac & cheese down on, it is seriously the best I have EVER had/made.
I am currently reading 20 something 20 everything and loving it. I didn’t make it to my yoga mat every day this week, but a few times is better then none!
