This week started off with Obama being inaugurated into office. I started school. Aaron and I tried to get into a more normal routine, slowly but surely we will figure out how the semester will go. I tried to do yoga as much as I could this week, by the time I got home from school though I was exhausted and not much in the mood. We had a lot of late nights this week, I even made cupcakes one night really late because I was looking for something to cheer me up and really wanting something sweet! The weekend was calling our names all week. Friday we went out to eat and celebrated making it through my first week of school. Saturday we woke up early, went to a book sale did some other shopping, and then met up with friends to watch Merrimack take on UNH in hockey at the Verizon center. Unfortunately, Merrimack lost, but it was so much fun seeing everyone. After the game we went out to one of our favorite places for drinks, we talked, laughed, and played foosball. Sunday was spent catching up on homework and preparing for the week ahead.
I was currently reading Every Day by David Levithan, it was such a good and fast read, the above quote is from the week. Lately we have been listening to the Lumineers and Of Monsters and Men. I even found some time to work on a few personal projects this week.
Can’t wait for week 5!
