Since February is just a day away I thought I would share my intentions. I am taking part in Elise’s I Choose class, it is all about goal setting. I started making monthly intentions a while ago, but I decided to switch to the I choose method, because that is what goals are, YOU choose them. You choose what to do and what not to do.
For this month I have set a lot of small and specific goals. Keeping them small and specific will hopefully help me accomplish them! I have been doing yoga a lot lately, but I’d love to get into a better routine with it. Oh and the making my bed one, well I always feel better when the bed is made, it makes the room look better and less messy. And I love that I’ve been really good about meal planning the last few weeks, so I would really like to keep going with it.
