It was perfect fall weather today! I soaked up every minute of it, and totally pushed aside studying for anatomy (whoops!) I decided it would be a great day to make pumpkin cheesecake dip, it’s not the healthiest for you, but its a special fall treat that I always look forward too.
Beat until smooth and enjoy. I like to eat mine with apple slices, ginger snaps, and vanilla wafers! It makes quite a bit I would suggest halving the recipe if you don’t want to be eating it for the next two weeks.
