I mixed the yeast, water, and sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes (until it gets frothy). Then I mixed the dry ingredients and mixed both the wet and dry together. I put it in the fridge for about 4-5 hours and let it rise. I then rolled it into loaf form and popped it in the oven for 20 minutes @ 400F. I used my hands to mix and kneed the dough, since I don’t own a fancy kitchen aid mixer and it came out delicious!
It was the perfect comfort meal on a cold day! And it made the house smell delicious!
