Yay for (almost) being done!

I am taking my last final this afternoon, cue the loud screams of excitement! I am so ready to be done. I have not had much time to do ANYTHING lately including blog so I am excited for a break. My posts will probably be sporadic for the next week or so with Christmas festivities taking up much of my time, but I’ll post as much as possible! So I only have a few minutes, but on this crazy monday try to relax and breathe. Here are 10 things to help you live a little better and to relax a bit.

1. Curl up with a cozy blanket and a hot drink
2. “Joy is rooted in the present”, so live in the here.
3. Cut yourself some slack, perfection isn’t always best.
4. Be the author of your own life
5. Forgive yourself and others, be free.
6. Tell those around you how much you love them
7. Make something from scratch or with in season veggies
8. Allow yourself to relax and unwind
9. Always remember to have a little fun
10. Do one thing for yourself each day.
